Since 2001 the research network has had a publication series of the same name: “European Cultures in Business and Corporate Communication”. Previously published by the German University Publishers in Wiesbaden, it is now published by Springer and encompasses both collections of articles as well as monographs.
The series places particular emphasis on the links between current issues in linguistics, business administration, cultural studies and communications theory emerging from business practice. The aim of the series is to generate academically sound knowledge that can be used to develop practical strategies for problem solving in business and corporate communication. It does this by examining practice-based problems and presenting research that is both interdisciplinary in origin and applied in an intercultural context. In this way it seeks to overcome traditional subject area boundaries and thus to increase the amount of knowledge available to the different disciplines.
