This volume presents selected papers from the 6th international symposium of the research cooperation European Cultures in Business and Corporate Communication, which took place from 15-17 November, 2006, at Åbo Akademi University, Finland. The symposium gathered both experts and practitioners from business life as well as scholars from different areas around the theme of diversity as an intercultural issue in corporate and business life.

This volume deals with aspects of organizing communication strategies as well as how to maximize the effects of communication both inside corporations as well as in the interplay with culturally different markets.
