Biography:
Nina Janich studied German, History, Journalism, and Philosophy at the universities of Marburg, Mainz, and Regensburg. 1997 PhD, 2003 Habilitation. 1993-2003 scientific assistent in German studies at the University of Regensburg. Since February 2004, professor for German language studies at the Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Main research areas:
Language in advertising and in corporate communication, LSP communication and knowledge transfer, language culture and language promotion, computer communication.
